    I purchased a P320 on saturday last week. Ffl submitted 77r that day. I know theres a 7 day wait period but im reading on the MSP website ill get the approval on the 8th day. So does that mean i wont be able to pick up the gun until monday since the ffl is closed on sundays and thatd be the 8th day?

    If you purchased on a Saturday, that same day the following week should be the day you get "NOT DISAPPROVED". Day 1 is the day you purchased (a Saturday). Day 7 would be the following Friday, so day 8 is the next Saturday. The exceptions? If the day before your normal release date is a Sunday or Federal holiday, your release day is pushed off by a day. So, for example, Monday purchases can never be picked up before Tuesday....and if Monday is a holiday, then not until Wednesday.
