What!!! Look like a great way to ruin the finish on a perfectly good firearm...

My 1930's Steven's 418. Barely looks used. Had to have been someone's safe queen. I pulled the scope base off pretty soon after these were taken and put a globe front sight on it.

Thanks to "pistol" braces, the Ruger Charger is finally relevant, and stupid fun. The 2020 models have a pic rail brace adapter from the factory, works with the awesome SB 1913 side folding brace most use on the little Sig SBR /PCPs. I wish they included a buffer tube adapter in addition, but they didn't change the polymer chassis, so aftermarket adapters still fit if you want to go that route. It ran flawlessly, nice and quiet through my Optimus, makes waiting on the DA Mask I have in NFA jail so much harder.

Ruger charger #4938, 8" brace ready model
SB 1913 folding brace, magpul K2 grip
    Ruger BX trigger, extended handle
cheap NC star reflex I had laying around

Originally I was looking to build another dedicated AR-22 with a tiny barrel, but wanted to go cheap and reliable, and really liked the side folder setup. Might revisit an AR or maybe a 10/22 receiver build later, there are a ton of cool chassis out there for them.

Picked these 2 up over the last week. A Remington 511 scoremaster and then today a Remington model 33. Love the old 22's. The scoremaster is from 59' haven't figured out when the 33 was made yet. Cant wait to shoot them.
