    I'm pretty much never in that area but if I'm not mistaken Hopkins doesn't have a police department yet.

    I thought that was a big issue in thr last legislative session. City "leaders" wanted them to have a dept but civic "leaders" argued against it saying it would make students uncomfortable.

    "Be right there" is about the same time frame as when my wife says she is ready to go.

    I remember seeing somewhere that when a woman says that she will be ready in "2 minutes", that 2 minutes takes as long as the last 2 minutes of a football game.
