His .223 bullets appear to be Remington. I personally like the Varmageddon bullets I get from Mid South Shooters Supply. They shoot very well in my AR's and Mid South has great sale prices.

I've been exclusively loading Bob's bulk 223 for a while now, and have had unbelievable results. Ive been using range scrap assorted brass, WSR primers, and 22.8gr of H322. Just over 1" at 100, and i can reliably blast a 4 inch hostage popper at 50. The load is from the hornady manual for 55gr FMJ with cannelure. I load them for my range fun rounds, and run them out of my 12.5" SBR.

I did try to see how accurate I could get them, out of my 16" LWRC M6 IC DI, and I found that running 25.7gr of Varget, **EDIT** new winchester brass ** and CCI primers yielded the best groupings @100. with 5 5round groups I was able to get an average of .971". I dont have a chrono, otherwise id give you the FPS.

Hope this helps. I seriously cant recommend those bullets high enough if youre looking for cheap ($89/1k) projectiles for plinking.
