Going back and forth on what to do for optics on 2 rifles, so wanted to throw it out to you fine folks at MDS. My conundrum is the following. I am running an eotech xps 2 on an engage built rifle with woa barrel that is very accurate and great to shoot. Because it has been so accurate I have been thinking of adding a magnifier to it just for range fun. But I just got done a 300 pistol. So was thinking do I get the magnifier for the rifle and another red dot for the pistol, or get something similar to a vortex pst and just move the eotech to the pistol.

    Thoughts .. Experience ?

Get the magnifire for the Eotech and just open sights BUIS and an Aimpoint pro for the pistol. Have it co-witness dead center, and you will be good to go.

Personally I would just get BUIS for the pistol and call it a day. It was intended for close quarter so iron would suffice. Maybe add a laser to it and it will be ready rock and roll.
