    Had to look up the bank incident. I missed that one.

    And I agree that anyone without significant political connections wouldn't have had a 180-day imprisonment reduced to 12-month probation. I'm still a little fuzzy on what a "misdemeanor attempted threat" actually is. Splunge, perhaps? (i.e. Barry spoke in a possibly threatening tone that might not have been threatening, and he wasn't being indecisive!)
