This is a challenge against the ban on AR's and Standard Capacity Magazines. It closely follows the earlier Friedman v Highland Park case which was decided at CA7 in 2015.

Wilson also challenges the 7th Circuit's analysis in the case.

A Petition for Cert at SCOTUS was submitted on 11/29/2019. Yesterday, Cook County requested their 30 day extension for their response.

Yes! A very good read. It does a great job of highlighting how often and how far lower courts have gone in their attempts to ignore SCOTUS. It would be very telling to read how the courts responds.

I love it all the more because it quotes Justice Thomas's many decenting opinions when past 2A cases were denied Cert.

That's a really good read, albeit a bit enraging to see how the lower courts are plainly ignoring our past victories at the Supreme Court.
