MD Handgun Roster

I have a basic question about the MD Handgun Roster. If its on the list we can own it, correct?

Handguns have to be on the roster unless is was grandfathered made before 1985.

Incorrect. A firearm on the Roster may still be a prohibited Assault Weapon under MD law.

Yes, except that is mfg before June 1994 .

What? How can that be? My understanding is if it's on the Handgun Roster it IS legal to buy. But if it's marked as "Banned" on the "Reviewed Weapons List" then you can NOT buy/own it. If it is marked as "Not Banned" on the "Reviewed Weapons List" then you CAN buy/own it.

Do you have any examples where a handgun is on the Handgun Roster but still marked "Banned" on the "Reviewed Weapons List"?
