    Good evening, I am looking to try my first ar-15 build. Any suggestions on where I can get close to internet pricing ($50-$60) for a lower receiver? I'm in the Montgomery county, Frederick county and Washington county areas.

    ^ This. Unless you're looking for something really specific (brand or style), you're probably gonna break about even.

    Only if you can find a FFL that can do a transfer for $30, that would be around $80 for Internet price. I would say if you can find it around $90 locally for an aluminum one, grab it.
