    WV could probably make good use of Garrett and Allegheny. But they wouldn't want Fredrick and Carroll. That many idiots would throw off the political balance of WV.

    ( They may be small population counties by Md standards, but they would be huge by WV standards.)

    Ah, those are good folk there, most of them. And these counties would drastically lower the percentage of folk on government programs.

    So given that the. court compelled Peacemaker to forward PII to the plaintiffs, could there be a case for everyone concerned to sue the plaintiffs in this case, and their counsel, for inappropriate use of PII. Might not be worth a full fledged suit, but perhaps a whole bunch of small claims cases!
