    That's because they had passed ordinances, and instead of incurring the legal expenses to fight it, they avoid it altogether.

    edit: I have been corrected. The ordinances have been nullified.

    Most WMs here in Eastern WV have lots of bulk boxes of .22 ammo available for similar prices (no limits). Such as Federal 550, Fed AM 325, Win 333 and 555, and of course Remington including Bucket o' Bullets.
