Today at noon, the Maryland House of Delegates is going back into session to "debate" amendments to HB 740 (3D Guns) and HB 786 (Long Guns transactions)

Go to the MGA link below and click on the button that allows you to listen to the livestream audio of the House session. (circled)

    http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/frm1st.aspx?tab=home

(Unlike hearings, the DemocRats continue to resist full audio and video coverage of their floor sessions, so the feed is audio only.)

And also, to shield themselves from responsibility, the Democraps have an arcane rule that does not allow delegates to address each other BY NAME--only by district or county.

So, I will be signed on here for live blogging at noon to try to give you a play-by-play identification of the voices that we recognize, so you can follow along better.

See you back here for the session.

Of course, anyone who wishes can go to Annapolis and watch it live from the House gallery on the second floor of the Statehouse. Just remember you will go through TSA style security to go there.

Wear your "We Will Not Comply" shirts if you have one!

I have commitments that keep me at home today, but like many others I will take advantage of the livestream audio at noon to listen to this circus, and provide running commentary right here, plus as many name identifiers of delegates as I can manage.

These were up yesterday but Republicans pushed them back to today:

This is the list of actions being taken up today at noon.

Note that the ”amendments debate” on our bills (29 & 30) are in the middle of the list BUT THE FEMOCRATS REGULARLY GO IN ANY ORDER THEY PLEASE—often depending on sponsors and infringers being impatient to get to them.

With an expected throng on Red Shirt Cat Ladies in the gallery clutching their pearls, it’s possible Speaker Mike Busch will push them to near the beginning of the noon session so the MOMs/GRANDMOMs are not kept waiting.

Would Busch really do a favor for Dumais and move HB0740 forward early? I've gotten an impression over the past few years that there are many MGAers in her own party who find her arrogant and abrasive, and who only pretend to tolerate her because of the power she's gained from seniority.

If the Republicans actually do submit what we might consider a "good government" amendment--say something that cuts red tape--the Democraps will vote it down and reintroduce the idea in their own amendment to take credit for it.

I am Rack&Roll, otherwise known as the founder of the Patriot Picket.

For those guests who may not know, our group brought the "We Will Not Comply" movement to the MD Statehouse, as some have seen in press coverage of us wearing our shirts with that message.

Happy to report, Ted Nugent congratulated us just yesterday on Facebook. He has over 3.5 million followers on FB

Happy to report that we have some "We Will Not Comply" shirts still available from our re-order of shirts, thanks to pretty big demand.

We plan to bring them to the Statehouse Monday night when our group will occupy seats in the Statehouse galleries to send the WWNC message about their extremist punitive lawmaking.

It is frustrating to be up against Bloomberg-paid lackeys in the MOMS DEMAND ACTION cabal.

But we do the best we can. Joining us Monday night can offset the annoying presence of these cat ladies.

Yes, there is a reason why Dumais, who was Vice Chair on House Judiciary, was not elevated to Chair Person of Judiciary.

She is shrewish, petty, pedantic and arrogant--which are all the descriptives I have time for.

If they move the "amendment" process up, it will not be as a favor to her, but to her fellow Shrews in MDA.
