There used to be a place called "Carrol's" in glen burnie. There's also a tack store that sells them off of rt91 between 140 & 32 in Carroll county.

Glenburnie isn't far but rt91 is really close.

American made, not fancy, prefer no rubber sole (doesn't seem kosher on a set of cowboy boots).
Price is less of a concern than quality.

If you have a Tractor Supply nearby, check them out. They tend to have more "working" cowboy boots, but do have some a little dressier.
