Getting ready to move and the buyer's home inspector found a few things that they want repaired. List of work is as follows:
(a) Install missing return air vent in basement
(b) repair hole in duct work in bathroom ceiling (U shaped cut was made into duct)
(c) Replace side filter at HVAC unit with vent
Work must be completed by licensed MHIC contractor per the contract. Home is in Edgewater close to Route 2. Would rather give the work to someone from MDS. Also closing is on May 23rd, so it's gotta be done by then. Thanks for any who can help!
