I guess if you live close enough Gettyburg is okay. I thought it was kind of small once you discount the jewelry, jerky and throwaway knife guys. Still had a few vendors with a good selection of mags, so hopefully that trend continues.

I went to the Redding show last year, it's a pretty small show. You are not likely to find many standard capacity magazines at this show.
You would have been better off going to the Oaks show last weekend or waiting for the next York show at the end of the month.

Okay, I'll bite. How come they say "500 tables" ? The last one I went to said the same thing, and it was nowhere near that size. Closer to 100 tables, but not 500 by any means.

Did you go to this one at the all star event center? There is another one that is run at a different location and I think it is smaller.

Yes, it was this event, back in mid-September. I looked it up on Google to see the building. It was the same place.

Not as massive a show as Chantilly, but
not as overwhelming. Also, it seems to
    have good variety, reasonable prices
and dealers who are not as pressured
and are more willing to haggle. I
    particularly like the higher proportion
of used guns...the old stuff interests
me more than the latest light weight
    all-plastic gee-whiz tactical thingee.

At the last G'Burg show I went to, I got 30rd magpul gen3 w/ windows for $12.50. Best price I seen at any show.
