After 3 yrs of everyday carry, I find my ruger lcr 38 is the most comfortable and versatile for me. I carry a baby browning .25 in the pocket at times.
It is a pita to dress "around" your carry gun.

I had a baby Browning many years ago, and like an idiot I sold it. Been kicking myself in the butt ever since. John Moses Browning was a true genius, and the little .25 was a great vest pocket pistol. Now I just carry a NAA mini .22 in my side pants pocket. Serves the same purpose. I have to pick up a little Ruger lcp one of these days! In very warm climates, pocket pistols rule.

Don't know how I missed this thread. Lots of good and some humorous commentary here. No LEO here, but Blaster's evolution of concealed carrying is well stated and accurate. But back to Mopar's question . . . When I carry a S&W N Frame 627 Pro Series its in a Galco Combat Master holster hanging on a Kydex reinforced 1-1/2" gun belt. It's heavy, but well supported. But I have to say I am not a fan of the original rubber grips, and after upgrading with a set of wood conversion grips concealment isn't much of an option except in the winter! LOL.
