Government contracting being what it is, I am currently looking for new opportunities.
Proven problem-solver, self-starter, with 18 years of VB programming experience, currently doing VB.NET development.
Also, lots of MS SQL Server experience, some C# (not strong) and Java.
Enough network/hardware experience to do help desk type work.
I'm looking for a job close to home (got a 5 month old at home), so Montgomery County would be preferable.
Ideal opportunities are VB.NET developer, ASP.NET web developer, Development team manager (1.5yrs experience doing that), or SysAdmin/help desk role.
Overall, very well-rounded IT specialist, with great problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn and grow, as well as quick on picking up new skills.
