Can it now be sold to another MD resident?

Only option that may be possiable is Form 1 sbr it then tranfer on a Fourm 4.

If it was owned BY YOU prior to Oct 2013, you can bring it into MD. There are no transfers of banned long guns allowable in MD now, except for inheritance and a small list of exceptions. Refer to this list: http://mdsp.maryland.gov/Organizati...LicensingDivision/Firearms/FirearmSearch.aspx
