I contacted JoeBob a while back about a an item that's been on my wish list for a while now but which he didn't have in stock.
Last week he wrote me and asked if I was still interested. I was floored because I never expected a company to keep a request like that squirrelled away in memory but he did and I jumped on it.
They couldn't have been easier to deal with as well.
