Very cool collection! The WWII era is the last period (most modern?) of firearms I find appealing, but boy are they something special. You're gonna need a BAR, though.

I've got a November 1944 Springfield M1 Garand that I love. My father had an Auto Ordnance (I think) Thompson that was so clean it could never have been issued. But that, hands down, was the single coolest thing I've ever shot.

Got to love the Garands! My dream gun was the Thompson and it was a retirement present to myself! They are so much fun to shoot. I love turning money into noise! LOL!

The government has you on a list now...be prepared for the ever dangerous tragic boat accident. The chances of such tragic accidents are usually remote but never zero...especially in these days and times.

I've been on that list since 1989 when I bought my first machine gun. I've never had a visit from the ATF but not worried if they showed up as all my record keeping is in order.

    DROOL.
I have about half of that. S&W may be the next one I start to hunt for.
I do need to take a break though :(

    Absolutely AMAZING!!!

I was pretty proud of my meager WWII collection....but WOW, that is awesome!

    Congrats!!!

Safe to assume the M1A1 is "real".

If you are so inclined I'd love to hear how you found all these...It's taken me awhile to find my halfway decent 1903A3, Garands, Carbine and bayonets and they are nowhere as cool as your stuff.

Again CONGRATS and thanks for sharing.

Thanks! Yes the M1 is real and I bought it in 2016 from a friend of a friend along with the 1903A3. I sold the 03 to a friend because I wanted a CMP one and a nice Smith Corona 1903A3 came up for sale on Gunbroker. Just about everything else came from GB over the years.

Gotcha. A lot of mine also came from GB or directly from CMP. My 1903A3 came from a member on here - he picked it up from CMP at the Oklahoma games.

Once again, you have an awesome collections. Are you into bayonets at all?

Here are mine....pales to yours but I'm working on it.

I know where there's a Johnson or two, just not in my collection! :innocent0 I kept chasing one years ago with no luck. They're getting crazy expensive these days.

What's next? Are you going show us your Johnson? :) Or collection of Johnsons?
Show my Johnson as a new member I'd get banned! LOL! I had one and sold it to a friend may years ago for 2K with an original bayonet. I want it back at the price I was paid LOL!
