Here's my SO. I really have my heart set on the Explorer...may just go grey market and pay a premium. I tend to wear the same watch everyday with little rotation and while I really like the AK, it may be too casual for some situations. I'm going to go try it on today I guess. I was originally thinking I'd sell the Breitling, but I like it too much.

The Heritage model has no CG. Nonetheless Breitlings are very good watches.

So I like the AK. Wasn’t in Love with it. I WAS in love with a 41mm Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. Can get that on Jomashop for $1500 less though. May just get the AK and wear it for a couple years until the Explorers become available again at the ADs for us mortals.

Birthday present from my wife! My new EDC.

Hell yeah! Love the seamaster line. A Seamaster Pro 300 has been on my wrist near every day for about 9 years.

My dad wears an Aqua Terra very similar to yours. Congrats on an excellent timepiece!

Breitlings are indeed great watches, but the styling just isn’t me. Too flashy for me in most cases. But it’s totally a personal preference. The Navitimer is in a league of its own.

The wife got this as a surprise for me. Very light and I really like the rough textured rubber band that came with it, but I have been swapping back and forth with a leather band with red stitching that looks really nice with it.

My first ever smart watch, a Garmin Instinct Solar Tactical. I was a G-Shock loyalist for more than 20 years, but I wanted a fitness tracker. The G-Shock fitness trackers SUCK. This, this is effortless and I really like the display. It has bells and whistles that I'll never use, but I like it.

Looked at the Suunto watches? I like their look but I don't think I'm going to wing suit to my downhill mountain bike ride down to snorkel with sharks..seems too extreme for me.

Has anyone here ever had to replace a Citizen EcoDrive Battery? My titanium isn't keeping time anymore even though it's getting plenty of light.

I did look at them and got the exact same impression.

It was probably a couple years ago, but I posted about whether I should send my Tag in for service. It fell off my radar and I forgot to... fast forward to this summer and after taking the kids swimming I noticed some moisture under the crystal. Sent if off for Tag to repair and got it back a couple months ago (meant to post about it, but it was literally the day after we settled on the new house).

Anywho, happened on this thread and I remembered. I wish I had taken y’all’s advice more seriously. Prior to the moisture issue I was losing a little over a minute per day. Since I’ve had it back, I can go a fortnight again without noticing any time loss. These automatic movements really are a work of art. On year sixteen wearing nearly everyday, from gym shorts to suits....

How much to repair it? Do they flat rate it?

I have a Super Professional that only runs for an hour or so on a full wind.
