I'm looking for an SBR upper in 9mm, preferable a 7.5 inch barrel like the DPMS Kitty Kat. Anyone see anything like this for sale in their internet travels?

Gunbrokers prices are outrageous nowadays. I was hoping against hope to find an online or local shop that had one for a reasonable price. I've heard that the NFA stuff haven't been as hot as the standard evil guns so hoping I could get one without paying too much of a premium.
I'll try a couple of those other places tommorrow, thanks.
Haoleboy, if I find someplace that has them, I'll shoot you a message.

    Uh, no. :lol2:
Granted, the Kitty Kat is a strange name but when you think about the DPMS panther, it all makes sense.

    Look around for TROS barrels.

I have their 9.25" barrel, they also make a 5" barrel. They have the HK 3 lug machined into them making it easy to add a suppressor later.

They are hard to find though.

All this talk about TROS reminded me I have a 5 inch TROS barrel I forgot about. Now I just need to find a stripped 9mm upper.

You can use a slick-side 223 upper and either leave the gas tube hole open or fill it with RTV. That's the only difference besides the gas deflector and shortened ejection port cover, which are optional.
