Most fast-food places have sad excuses for a burger...if I wanted to pick one up without "sitting down", what's my best bet? Sonic?
Not the best by a stretch, but back in the day I used to LOVE Little Tavern burgers and their gray mystery meat burgers. Still probably had more beef in them then Mickey D's did.

The duck fat fries at Annabel Lee's are absolutely awesome. As is anything else on the menu.
