I have a question in general but noticed you had a phase 5 as well. I didn't notice a spring came with it (no biggie) so I went to use the one from my spikes kit and the weirdest little thing popped up. The top of the spring that drops in first is a little flared out and I would have to jam it in there (which doesn't seem right). Here's a crappy pic to show what I mean. Maybe I have the wrong spring??

My apologies for the "help me" hijack, I just want to get this damn thing on there right :)

Suggestions anyone (other than user error which I'm SURE this is)?

I shifted my hijack over to my build thread in the rifle section (forgot I had it there).

    But yes, I'm a moron and I think you're both right...sorry I hijacked :(

<edit> feel free to drop by my build thread and offer an opinion on my next dumba$$ question ;)

Two Kensington vintage lowers. One SBR, the other 16". In the first picture they both have centurion arms uppers. The 16" one now has a 2013 vintage engage upper.

Not knocking the new billet lowers, because I think they look bad ass... but I would love to get my hands on a forged kensington lower.

Anyone have a lead on one?

As far as I know they're all in private hands. I think we only did 200 or 300. I would have to check to get an exact number. At some point in 2014 we'll receive a Rockville run of the forging uppers/lowers.

Thanks Andy for shipping this to my FFL. It will sit in the safe for a while until I figure out what the hell I'm going to build. The grainy cell pic doesn't do it justice.

Would I be able to get a few forged stripped lowers shipped to an FFL in VA? If so, I'd be in for 3-5 of them. I'll be waiting on these for sure. :D:thumbsup:
