    Meh, 'fools and their money'.

Had no interest when they were released (because bump-firing is easy to do w/out them), but wish I'd picked up a few for cheap now - I could be making some damn decent returns on a very modest purchase.

Supply and demand and of course being illegal at some point in the future.
Some people have deep pockets and are not afraid to panic buy.
So buy one or not it's your choice.

^^THIS. It's the American Free Enterprise system, not price gouging. It's not involving any necessary items needed during an emergency or disaster. We have a choice to buy or not, it's that simple and easy

I really thinking of putting a $1500 price tag on my next one. I can't believe what people are willing to pay.

I'm thinking of putting mine up for $1500-$2000. Then again, it might be worth wayyyyyy more if it became amnesty registered NFA. Hard to decide. But it wouldn't bother me to part with it.

Might as well. I've used it exactly once, and was like "m'eh".

Price gouging? You mean capitalism, right? Simple supply and demand, sir.

That said, I will be looking up how to make my own out of sheer curiosity.

Martin Shkreli agrees. He obtained the license to manufacture Daraprim which was selling at ~$14 a dose and raised it to $750. Amazing how much people will pay to live.

I got no problem with it. It's not like it's something like gasoline that people need to power their generators after a hurricane.

One of the IP's posted that they had one sitting on their shelf for sale for $100 for over a year. Prices just went nuts and they sold it for $450.

You can bet if I had one that I had paid 75-$100 for I'd not hesitate to let it go for $450, or more if someone offered.
I find it hard to believe someone would need $350 that bad.

    oh my....
Do you know the back story to this?
Best buy doesn't sell cases of water, so there's no case price. The employees just multiplied their individual bottle price x 24 without even thinking and labeled it. I can see that happening.

What makes me curious, if they ban the bump stock are they going to have to ban rubber bands?

Look it up if you don't know what I mean.
