I just ordered a Beretta Pico from Four Winds Technology. The price was decent but I had never dealt with this company before. First of all, they never answer the phone. They only communicate by email. That stinks to me. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped out but they want to charge me a 20% restock fee....even though it hasn't shipped yet. Avoid these guys at all costs. I should have done my research before ordering from them. The online reviews have been nothing but horrible. Again, my fault for not looking them up.

    Thanks for sharing.

Not sure what you ordered, or the particular vendor, but I can certainly relate to such an experience. Last summer, I bought a car radio from jet.com, and now it's broken. But can't call jet.com anymore, nor even leaving a feedback, since it's out of order.
Just have to keep reminding myself that good customer service comes with a price. And only deal with reputable vendors.

I had an issue with The Mag Shack. I ordered some pistol magazines (yes, the evil hi-caps) from them and they of course charged my credit card right away. After bugging them for about two weeks I was told that the magazines I ordered were out of stock. Why the f**k did they charge my card for an item that was out of stock. At least they didn't try to charge me a 20% "restock fee".
