MSP is Frosh’s client but gets legal directives from him and as soon as Hogan issues the directive Frosh then countermands the directive and tells LD to continue G&S followed by the MGA codifying G&S.

    Hogan won’t

    SCOTUS will

I'd like to see that in action though.

If every politician was truly playing chess (so to speak) nothing would ever change. Hogan screwed Maryland, fvck a lowered toll here and there, he has it within his power to make a positive MONEY SAVING change within the State and he has decided against. it.

For anyone planning to use their security clearance as G&S, be prepared for MSP to ask for a letter (on official letterhead) from your security officer verifying your clearance and position. Most security officers I know will laugh if you ask them for such a thing, but that is what the MSP guidance was as of a few months ago. There are other methods of verifying your clearance that MSP may or may not find acceptable depending on your situation. YMMV.

One advantage of working for a small company, especially if the owner is supportive of 2A rights, is that they are more likely to do this for you. The fact that you have a clearance is no secret. But yeah - some security officers don't want to deal with it.
