If you are just selling one or two, and just be on the safe side and for the sake of hassle, just keep them. Why open something to yourself?
We don't sell mags. We buy them. The Mag Bus does not have reverse gear.

State law only pertains to you while you are in the state. However offering for sale while in-state, even if the transfer happens over state lines or goes to an out-of-state resident, would still be considered breaking the law.
