    She (Dumais) changes the wording every year. I noticed a slight change this year, I'll have to see if I can find it again and I'll post it.

    It's still got the same basic issues. Unenforceable as written, and likely to lead to an effort to place muzzle-loading arms under the same laws as cartridge guns.

    Allow me to observe that this would make Maryland considerably more restrictive than most European countries. I've shot all over Europe (Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the UK), and most European nations don't classify BP guns as firearms.
