    I'm sure your Uberti is a great shooter but, I doubt it will appreciate in value like a Factory Engraved Colt SAA.

    Why yes, yes it is a great shooter and that’s what I buy; not collectors, safe queens or investements.

    Don’t get me wrong, I hope you get top dollar for that pistol.

    Just proves the beauty of living in a free market society.

    For that price, I would expect it to have been master engraved by one of the great artists!

    I dunno. I've looked at the quality of the engraving on this Colt. I'm no expert on engraving, but it seems to me the gentleman who engraved it is a great artist. I'm pretty sure he's been honing his skills for quite a while and has proven himself to be chosen to participate in a project like this.

    The difference between "expert" and "master" is in how much detail is in the engraving. There is a big difference between the two.
