Here is a cheap primer tube filler.
Real cheap you might already have everything you need.
Primer flip tray with a 1/8” hole drilled next to the edge. Primer tube.
Remove the plastic tip you use to stab the primers.
Insert into the bottom of the primer tray. Lightly shake until all the primers fall in tube.
I have not have any upside primers using this method
