yeah I remember sending a cahiers check last time but I got shook up seeing the 6 month wait and jumped the gun. that's what getting in a hurry does to me.

the receipt I got said expect a 3-6 month wait
I had heard from someone else it was 6 months before hand and that's why I got shook, since mine expires in 3 months.
I assume since they sent a receipt for payment it wont be counted as late and I would have to start over again?

3 months might not be enough time to keep it from expiring but I don’t think they’ll make you start over again either.

I also thought they sent me a renewal package last time. this time I had to email and request one.
No you have to ask for the renewal package. They don’t send it without you requesting it. Maybe that’s what happened you thought they’d be sending it but they didn’t

IS there a time limit on how long after getting fingerprinted that you have to submit that fingerprint card

I know $10 for the 1st $5 for each one after. Just wondering if its worthwhile to have more than 1 since I am there.
If they want one, send one unless you have 5 bucks to blow on cards they won’t use

Well sent off my VA NR CCW app. Yeah it sucks PA no longer recognizes. Plus side is I stay in NoVA monday thru Thursday
Well they cashed my personal check and sent a receipt... no card yet, just the 3-6 month backlog statement.

It took the whole 6 months when I went through getting mine , last August and got it in February
Didn’t take nearly that long when I originally got mine, what a shame

Hell it took 45 days before they sent a letter saying they received my payment and paperwork, but literally when I mailed off their site didn’t say anything about 6 months and then a couple weeks it showed it
