IDK, I like Streamlight and think they are worth the money. I just got a green one because I find green easier to see than red.
On Amazon you can find el cheapo ones but you get what you pay for. They will last a few months and break.

TLR-2. Here are a couple thoughts:
1. Get a device where you can toggle between the laser, light, and both.
2. If you're going to use a holster, CHOOSE CAREFULLY. Holster fit is a real issue with lights in general, and it's only worse with light/lasers.
3. I don't think lasers are useless, but they're situational.
