I just bought the JP 9mm AR on gun broker and didn't really think about if it was a "Maryland legal" gun that I can get transferred to me. Im not a MD resident and worst case scenario I get is shipped to texas were it will have to wait a couple weeks. Does anyone know if I can get this gun transferred in MD

every time someone asks about an AR being MD-legal, they say if it's somewhat different than a 'regular' AR, it is legal. The JP has a purpose-built lower to only accept 9mm, plus it's blowback and not gas operated. with those two diffs (plus the caliber of course) methinks it's legal but my suggestion is find a FFL you want to use and ask them if they'll xfer it for you.

btw great choice, other than the first time out where i think something got under the trigger which sort of 'froze' it, it's been perfect and has helped me place 1st and 3rd in my last two steel matches.
