When my Uncle passed in 2009 he told his wife (before he passed) to give his firearms to me, which she did. I had her sign a paper stating she did so according to his wishes. His firearms were either purchased or traded way before the o'Malley debacle so there are some traces of sale or transfer. Many of the guns are relics actually most are except for a ruger security 6. I went to my ffl and inquired about transferring them to me and his reply was....WHY.

    THIS!

When my mom passed away and my sister and I discussed the estate with the attorney and we asked about appraising our mom's belongings and her jewelry specifically the attorney said "What jewelry?"

The same can be said for firearms. I do believe if they're already registered with MSP the above advice should be followed.

    THIS!

Why give them stuff they don’t know about. Didn’t he give them to you before any bans were enacted? Of course he did.
