I got my hands on the AR-15 made by "Winchester Tool". I wonder if anyone heard about them? If anyone seen any info on the internet.
    I cannot find any info.

    Thanks for any help.

I looked inside out. Doesn't look like an 80% lower. Looks like a billeted lower and upper I used to have from SWAT. Same type look and feel.

There is a machine shop in Winchester VA named Winchester Tool. But I don't see where they've made any AR15 lower receivers.

    We need pictures.

With a part number of freedom 15 and a serial number that begins with WTF, it sure looks like it was made in a small shop. My guess is a CNC build. The mag well indents are pretty distinctive. Maybe someone recognizes it from that.

The logo on the dust cover looks a lot like Hill Top Arms, Waynesboro PA. They do some builds there. If its one of theirs they may be able to help you out. They are on the book of faces.
