    Sorry for my ignorance, are Quantico Tactical and Proven Arms Outfitters of Woodbridge Va. the same store? I have purchased from them(Quantico Tac.) in the past, but now their site says QT is a Gov contractor only now and to shop retail from Proven Arms. Still the same retail store on Worth Ave?

    Yes they are the same.
    Proven Arms for civilians
    Quantico tactical for LEO/MIL

    They divided them up a couple of months ago.
