Bill Geissele claims the ALG “Go Juice” is as none toxic as you can get. I tried the “Very Thin Grease” today in my Shadow2 and AR and it surprised me how slick the stuff is. Super thin but very slick and isn’t supposed to run off the parts like oils. I’ve only used it for one range session but it looks promising.

So does the OP live in a bubble? Stepping foot outside our door exposes you to one of the largest carcinogens in the galaxy. Is asbestos bad sure it is are you huffing it for 8 hours a day for 15 years? Is oil or petroleum based lube bad for you, sure, are you eating meals with your hands covered in it every day, is the propellant used in bullets bad for you sure but are you huffing it for 8 hours a day since adolescence.

    CLR
Acronym for cleans, lubricates, protects. Available at any good gun shop.
Good non abrasive stuff. I only use ballistol when really cleaning a dirty bore. Ballistol will remove copper. Using it will unbalance copper equilibrium within bore. Unless that's what your going for I stick with CLR. It wont effect copper build up within bore, only carbon fouling. Hope this helps.
