The M&P 15-22 isn't regulated in Maryland. I picked up the A1 Style version of the 15-22 at the recent York show for $439 w/25 round mag. It's hit or miss whether a dealer in PA will sell an AR style rifle to someone from Maryland, but I got lucky and the guy was cool.

Threaded barrel was swap out a long while ago, after I had decided to change the look of the rifle.
