Hey, my company is looking for window installers. We manufacture them in Laurel. Basically you would get the install job from us. Put the windows in. Then get the next job the next day. The real money is getting a bigger crew to handle larger jobs with lead.
I hear the pay is pretty competitive. Some of the older guys just take off for 2-3 months every year. I know this is an MD site (been lurking for years), but if you know anyone in Ohio/Delaware/PA/NJ, we also install out there as well.
Personally, if you had your own side handy man or light construction company... this might be a pretty good way of making a few extra bucks. When you start out, its a little slow. But there was work last week... and there will be work next week.
