I have HomeTeam Pest Defense from near Charles Town, WV under contract to keep my home free of vermin. About 17-18 years ago we had a mild winter which didn't kill off the mouse population and here in Braddock Heights homes were inundated with mice. I contracted with HomeTeam and problem solved. They automatically show every three months and treat the house and property and will show up for no extra charge should there be a need otherwise.
