Closing the store due to several breaking over a 10 year span is the same as banning all cars because someone drove drunk. They have alarm systems, there is a response time from the county. a determined burglar is very hard to stop. A safe big enough to store all the inventory would be very costly, even the big box stores do not follow that line every evening. Arm chair quarterbacking this is not helping, they have done as much a can be expected to prevent the issues. short of armed guards and roving patrols with dogs this will probably happen again.

A catagoric requirement for storing in safes would defacto ban large gun stores .

Businesses that are primarily somthing else , with a small gun counter can , and oftenly do so. Easy enough when your entire inventory fits in one safe . Interm catagory might put the handguns in safe.

But a big enough operation with many hundreds if firearms in inventory will reach a point of hardening their building as an alternative .

Add Subway and Popeye’s on Great Mills Road to the list.

There is a bonfire crime spree occurring in the park!

Are you guys open for business?

Stopped by with SW686 and Mrs GnR. Bought some streak ammo for my FIL and spoke at length with Ken, mostly about old times.

Don't know what was stolen (and didn't ask), but figure it wasn't much since the cases appeared pretty Much full.

If anybody's looking for a 45-70 falling block (sharps, etc), they have four "like-new" from an estate sale...

Might stop by around lunchtime with Mrs GnR. Not Ledo's or Pat's ... the place where you work. :D

We are open for business. I'll be at work this afternoon. Closing shift.
Bloodworms are fat as well as the perch and the spot are finally hitting on Solomons!

Those 45-70s are beautiful! Sharpes and Ballards. That estate sale Ken bought was an amazing collection!

My dad would never drink a can of soda without washing the top off. He said you never know when someone scratched their a$$ before touching that can. I always thought he was a little crazy about his germaphobia.

Well played old man you have proven yourself right once again.
