Who has one? I had ordered one from PSA but they told me that complete lowers could not be shipped to MD unless it was ordered BY an FFL or LEO

This is a true pain in the ass. I have had one of their 18 inch SS uppers with rails for nearly a half a year. Now they are sold out of lowers due to the gun scare unless you check random times of the day.

Does it have to be PSA? Would DPMS or someone else’s lower work? I thought that PA10 were DPMS gen 2 compatible.
