No one is really following through on Frosh's answers. EG: The question about a "hunting" firearm and the 2 characteristic test. Frosh brought up a "grenade launcher"...I would have retorted with something regarding barrel threading, compensator or flash suppressor.

I liked the first guy I heard who actually forced Frosh to walk through all the steps to purchase a regulated gun under current law (easier than buying a car-yeah, right), and forced him to admit that there is no gunshow "loophole" in MD.

Yea, I thought he said he was in Harford county - if so he should know better.

Also it sounds like they do not know what minimum standards would be used for the live fire.
