Doesn't look like a county pond. It has Hydrilla. County usually kills Hydrila, unfortunately.

Considering the area surrounding the lake, I feel like this is going to be one of those deals where the guy says Gaithersburg, but technically on a map they're out of that area.

Red and white paddleboats pulled up on the opposite shore with no dock makes me think it's likely private property. That might help narrow it down a bit?

Yes, same thought.
That looks private as well, though there is a park very close.
These private ponds really have the ability to get some Bass with some size, being unmolested by the masses.
