Isn't this one of the very things the Framers were worried about? Tyrants using standing armies against We The People? Sheesh. These idiots make the best arguments in favor the the 2A, and particularly in favor of people having arms suitable to service in a militia.

    Bingo!!!!

Actually I am doing this because I love the country. I am inspired to continue and shared via MDS, Patriot Picket, VCDL. This is a moment in history. I let many pictures in my camera fade. I am sharing these here for posterity. Feel free to share.

    Suffolk meeting, then Surry.

Didn't Staunton have one last night?

I'm not hearing any crying and gnashing of teeth from the Bolsheviks embedded there so I'm guessing there was no action taken.

There was no hearing about them becoming a sanctuary county but 300 people showed up to voice their opinions about it anyway.

You're going to be asked to declare that your law enforcement officers will refuse to uphold potential laws at the state of Virginia because some people may not like them. That is a dangerous breach of trust between law enforcement and Staunton citizens,” Allison Profeta, who opposes Second Amendment sanctuaries, said.

Carpet bagging bitch from New York - she's one of the loud mouths that was pushing for the the high school name change.

Funny how "resist" was OK when it suits them, and that "just because something is legal doesn't mean it's moral" was justified to meet their needs, but the hypocrisy is unbridled when it comes to enumerated rights for the people and restrictions on the government.

Given that this is right next door to DC and the media attention, I wonder if SCOTUS is looking at this as they ponder the NYSPR case?

Excellent point! Is this perhaps another not too veiled threat from Bloomberg, Soros & company to SCOTUS?
