    They at least pick it up 3 weeks after u submitted i did mine on Thursday an it got denied on the 3rd Thursday 10 days before 30 day mark on 8/4 I submitted on 7/14 count days on calendar an compare to ur submission date count 10 days before ur 30 day mark is your average approval date

    Thanks, man! Funny enough, I called the licensing division and told them I was on day 24, and the lady told me to expect 30-40 days..as soon as I got off the call, I checked the portal and it was active as of today. Never did get an email, though.
    I only got email saying I was denied with Md.code 5-133 only time they email is when u have a problem u fin get one with HQL attached

    Anybody know how long they “hold” your application??mines still “pending” and it’s going to be past my 30 day mark before I get a certificate of compliance or at least a court order for expungement

    Dis some research an the charge that “disqualified” me doesn’t even exist anymore CR 5.601(a)(1) poss of marijuana under 10g …but was still visible to MDSP in NICS system an was told it was a guilty plea ….if the charge is no longer a crime y am I not approved or at least wiped from system after 10+ years
