I lucked into a 1923 AH Fox XE a few years back. Gun is fairly rare and desirable.
It was not in great condition so I decided it was the perfect candidate for a complete restoration,
I know a gunsmith in PA that is one of the best if not the best double gunsmiths in the country so I decided that he should do this gun.
He called today and gun is done, he has far exceeded my expectations. I will pick it up Sunday and I can't wait, link is to gunsmiths blog showing what it takes to correctly restore a vintage gun.
