I know that purists will curse me but I ended up picking this up for $252.60 today. CZ27 given to Norway after WW2 and issued to Norwegian police. Pretty cool European history for the price.

No cursing from me, nice CZ! I think these are pretty cool. Lots of history, for example yours was made in Czechoslovakia, used by the Germans, then off to Norway after the War, and still made it back over here to the U.S....if only it could talk! I snatched up a Politi marked Femaru P.mod.37 a while back, and some others have found other Politi guns too:

That's pure awesome! No "purist" is gonna hate on that. It's history...

With that said, I posted up a year or so ago a German dryse also politi marked. Check it out.

Edit: looks like the last post has a link to my Dryse. Tks

The "Politi" stamp just adds to the wondersomeness of a pistol I would love to have, and for which you paid way too little.

    Yeah, that's pretty good !
added bonus, it looks like the grips are free of the usual chips on the bottom.

I finally picked this up today. It's really nice - a lot nicer than I remember when I looked at it in person - except for a tiny bit of deformation on the crown where it looks like it might have been dropped or something. Bore is very nice. Crappy iPhone pics.
