You've done a yeoman's job in capturing available data! We all know of applicants who don't frequent the forum(s).

I wonder if the electronic fingerprinting operators could shed light on how many customers they had who applied "after decision, prior to stay" sans a G&S reason.

I previously posted that a private LiveScan operator near a courthouse in a suburb of Baltimore told me that CHP application scans went from an average of 2, to an average of 8 per day.

This was on or about April 5.

You're assuming we win this. They thought the SCOTUS ruling against Obamacare was a slam dunk.

I wouldn't bet on anything right now.

Who thought that? I think the general consensus was that it would mostly stand. The only part that was really iffy was the mandate, which still seems iffy after the ruling.

Although I think that the CCW is by no means a guaranteed right for the majority, with the fact that 40ish states have it w/o many issues that majority wins. I think we have a good chance of have G&S removed, now what the legislators do to "fix" that we shall see.

I won't point at anyone. There are several members who have little patience with the legal process. Me, I'm happy to wait. To me, a stay is better than a definite loss.

A continuance of the stay or a loss at the 4CA would be worse, and permananent as well if no Cert were granted. As long as the stay is in effect, we still have hope we can prevail. The better written Judge Legg's ruling, the less chance of the 4 CA overturning him and issuing another stay, or worse, ruling against Woolard.

That's the worst case scenario IMO. Not waiting.
